Attempted Murder Conviction For Man In Camden Co. Stabbing: Officials
Officials said the 43-year-old attacked another man from behind, cutting his throat and stabbing him in the chest several times.

PENNSAUKEN, NJ — A jury convicted a Pennsauken man of attempted murder and other charges for attacking and stabbing another man from behind, Camden County officials said.
Zachary Mai, 43, was accused of stabbing the victim in the 2100 block of Horner Avenue in Pennsauken on Dec. 4, 2019, said Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay. The other man was taken to the hospital in critical condition, she said.
A Camden County jury convicted Mai on Jan. 24 of first-degree attempted murder, second-degree aggravated assault, and weapons-related charges, MacAulay said. His sentencing date was not provided.

Detectives arrested Mai in relation to the stabbing and say he "attacked the victim from behind, cutting his throat, and stabbing him several times in the chest."
