Charles W. Jackmon and Ronald K. Smith have been charged in six thefts, police said.

Two men who stole cars from Cherry Hill, Collingswood and Pennsauken have been arrested and charged in the thefts, police from the three towns announced.
Charles W. Jackmon, 32, of Voorhees, and Ronald K. Smith, 48, of Clayton, stole six cars over a period of two months, police said, using a flatbed tow truck to grab cars from parking lots at businesses and several residential areas.
All six cars were inoperable, police said, and were sold for scrap at auto recycling yards and metal companies around South Jersey.
