Collingswood's Pop Shop Closed After COVID-19 Exposure

The Pop Shop in Collingswood is temporarily closed after a COVID-19 exposure at the building, the owners announced.

COLLINGSWOOD, NJ — A popular Collingswood restaurant will be closed through the weekend due to a coronavirus exposure.

The Pop Shop announced on Wednesday that it will be closed through Sunday due to a COVID-19 exposure to the building.

“The Pop Shop Collingswood is fully aware that we service a large population of our at risk community, children and young adults, and we take the responsibility of keeping them safe our number one priority,” the owners said in a Facebook post. “It is just as important to us to keep them safe and healthy, as it is to make them smile.”

During the closure, the Pop Shop will be testing its staff and deep cleaning in order to minimize further exposure, the owners said.

The Pop Shop has two locations, including the one at 729 Haddon Avenue in Collingswood and one at 1 South Main Street in Medford. The Medford location remains open for dine-in and takeout options, the owners said.
