COLLINGSWOOD, NJ - Collingswood residents won’t have to look far to get a hearty helping of chaufa de pollo, lomo saltado, ceviche and more.
Kiko’s Peruvian Kitchen opened Wednesday in Collingswood (624 Collings Ave.), according to its Instagram page.
Led by cousins Carlos and Kiko Cervantes, the restaurant serves as the realization of a childhood dream, according to NJ Pen.

Together, Carlos - a bus repair supervisor at the NJ Transit Newton Avenue garage in Camden City - alongside his culinary trained cousin Kiko revamped the former Empress Palace in Collingswood into a 16-seat eatery serving family recipes, the outlet reported.
The menu offers a variety of unique Peruvian cuisine including beer stir fry, pork tenderloin fried rice, corvina fish, yuca fries, an array of house sauces and more.
