Job Fair Wednesday in Cherry Hill
Suit up and stop by the National Guard Armory 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday.

Your local government is hard at work trying to get you back to work.
Senator James Beach, Assembly Majority Leader Louis Greenwald and Assemblywoman Pamela Lampitt (all D-Camden/Burlington), will hold a job fair Wednesday, May 16 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Cherry Hill National Guard Armory, 2001 Park Blvd., Cherry Hill.

Financial service, health care, administrative, manufacturing, public safety, education, and nonprofit companies will be among those in attendance.
“With New Jersey's unemployment rate still higher than the national average and those of our neighboring states, it is more important than ever that we bring local employers together with area residents looking for work,” said Greenwald.

State aid services for unemployed individuals and struggling families also will be on hand at the event.
“In these tough economic times, many New Jerseyans are struggling to find a job,” said Beach.
“Connecting local businesses more closely with our incredibly talented pool of local employees has always been a focus of mine as an elected official,” said Lampitt. “This event will accomplish that goal, assisting our residents during a difficult economy.”
