After a disaster in which NJ 211 responded to a call volume 400 percent in excess of its normal levels, the statewide information hotline has compiled a 55-page resource guide to help New Jerseyans navigate recovery efforts.
From who to call for help filing an insurance or FEMA claim to organizations that can help reunite families with lost or missing pets, the Hurricane Sandy Response and Recovery Guide is a Web-enabled resource with hundreds of valuable links.
