Man Charged For Camden County Shooting That Injured 24-Year-Old
Officials charged the 23-year-old man with aggravated assault and weapons offenses in connection with a shooting on Jan. 6.

PENNSAUKEN, NJ — County police have charged a Camden man with shooting a 24-year-old man in Pennsauken earlier in January.
Officials charged 23-year-old Khalil Davis with aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and unlawful possession of a weapon in connection with the Jan. 6 shooting.
Davis was arrested after an investigation by the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Pennsauken Police Department, said Prosecutor Grace C. Pennsauken Police received a call for shots fired in the 4700 block of Sherwood Terrace at 4:25 p.m. that day, according to the Camden County Prosecutor's Office and Pennsauken PD. Officers found a 24-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound, a news release said.
First responders took the man to Virtua Hospital, where he was treated and released.
