Not only did police learn that Van Sciver was wanted on a $4,000 warrant, but also that he was carrying four Ziploc baggies containing what they think was heroin, police said.

Van Sciver was charged with possession of a controlled, dangerous substance and was remanded to the Camden County correctional facility.
