NJ's 1st Romance Bookstore Opens In Collingswood
Kiss & Tale says it's New Jersey's brick-and-mortar bookshop dedicated to the romance genre.
COLLINGSWOOD, NJ — A new Collingswood bookstore is showing readers it's still possible to live happily ever after.
Kiss & Tale is a romance bookstore selling literature and merchandise in the genre. The business says it's New Jersey's first brick-and-mortar romance bookshop.
The store had a soft opening a few weeks ago.

Although the concept may be novel to the Garden State, romance bookstores are on the rise. In the past two years, the country went from having two dedicated romance bookstores to more than 20, The New York Times reported in July.
Many of them are owned and operated by women. Kiss & Tale is one of them, and the bookseller says it tries to buy most of its merchandise from small, woman-owned businesses.
