15-Year-Old Boy Hit By Car While Walking To School In Union County
He was taken to the hospital with injuries.
ELIZABETH, NJ — A 15-year-old boy was hit by a car this morning while walking to Elizabeth High School, a spokesperson for the city has confirmed.
At around 7 a.m., a driver in the area of Pearl Street and South Street hit the boy and remained at the scene of the crash. The boy was taken to the hospital with non-serious injuries.
No other injuries were reported.
