Cranford Asking For Volunteers To Help At Annual Clean-Up Day

The community is joining together again this year to keep Cranford shining.

CRANFORD, NJ - Township officials are asking for your help in keeping Cranford safe and clean.

Officials are asking for volunteers to help at the neighborhood's annual clean-up day, held this year on Sept. 20 from 9 a.m. to noon. The community-wide effort encourages all individuals and groups like Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts, sports teams and more to join together and help clear litter and gather recyclables.

“This is a chance for residents to spruce up their favorite park or playground after the busy summer months. Come with your family, neighbors or friends,” says Kathleen Miller Prunty, the commissioner liaison to the Cranford Clean and Green Team Committee.
