Stabbing Suspect At Large In Union County, Police Say

ELIZABETH, NJ — Police are looking for a suspect after a man was stabbed in Elizabeth on Tuesday night.

The man was stabbed in the center of his chest under his sternum. According to a city spokesperson, he has no trauma to his vital organs.

After initially withholding information, the man told officers the stabbing occurred between 3rd Street and Bond Street but refused to elaborate further.
