East Brunswick Mosquito Spraying Scheduled For Thursday Along Rt. 18 Corridor

Crews will use Zenivex E4 RTU, an approved mosquito control product.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ — The Middlesex County Mosquito Extermination Commission will conduct aerial spraying operations to control adult mosquitoes in East Brunswick, weather permitting.

The truck-mounted ULV (Ultra Low Volume) spray mission is scheduled for Thursday, from 6 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. If weather conditions prevent spraying on the scheduled date, operations will move to Sept. 2.

The targeted area is bounded by Old Stage Road, Summerhill Road, Rues Lane, and Route 18. Crews will use Zenivex E4 RTU, an approved mosquito control product applied according to manufacturer labeling and New Jersey Pesticide Control Code regulations.

The treatment complies with sections 9.10 and 9.15 of the New Jersey Pesticide Control Code. Residents can request 12-hour advance notification from pesticide applicators, except in cases requiring immediate quarantine or disease vector control.
