Ice Cream Shop, Dental Practice Opens At East Brunswick’s Legacy Place
An additional 9,000 square feet of retail space will be available soon.

EAST BRUNSWICK, NJ – A ice cream shop and dental practice recently opened at Legacy Place, the luxury mixed-use development in East Brunswick.
The retailers will serve the larger community while enhancing the wide range of lifestyle amenities for residents at the community’s 520 luxury rental apartments and townhomes.
The new leases include Legacy Endodontics, a newly established practice led by an experienced dentist, and ice cream shop Marley and Harley's Creamery and Confections, a new business venture founded by two East Brunswick residents.

“This multifamily-and-retail development has been carefully planned to serve as a valuable contributor to the community, and bringing in a mix of quality commercial tenants is key to achieving this goal,” said Nancy Finkelstein, Leasing Representative of Garden Commercial. “As we fill the community’s remaining retail availabilities, we will be focused on securing tenants that complement the property’s dynamic.”
One Legacy Place also recently welcomed Italian restaurant Bonesse’s Tomato Apizza, H2O Nail & Wax Studio, and math and reading enrichment program Kumon. Its sister building, Two Legacy Place, is under development and will include an additional 9,000 square feet of retail leasing opportunities.
