A Matawan man was charged Friday in connection with a hit-and-run incident that injured two victims during an illegal car meet last month, Robbinsville Police said.

Kyle Pound, 23, faces multiple charges, including second-degree aggravated assault, two counts of fourth-degree assault by auto, third-degree endangering an injured victim, third-degree leaving the scene with serious injury, and related motor vehicle offenses.

Man Shot Outside Bar In Burlington Co.
A shooting that injured a man in a dive bar's parking lot early Sunday is under investigation, authorities said.
The shooting was reported just after 2 a.m. outside Jay's Elbow Room on Route 73 in Maple Shade.

1 Killed, 1 Injured In Multi-Vehicle Crash
One person was killed and another critically injured in a multi-vehicle crash Saturday in Branchburg.
Sara Elsman, 44, died after being ejected through the vehicle's roof during the crash, which occurred on Route 202 South between Holland Brook and Whiton roads.
A 64-year-old woman was taken to a hospital with serious injuries.

Pedestrian Killed In Single Vehicle Crash
A pedestrian was killed in a crash that occurred Saturday morning in Marlboro, according to media reports.
The accident happened near Route 520 around 8 a.m. and involved a single vehicle and a pedestrian. No other injuries were reported.
The victim's identity is being withheld pending notification to the family.

Driver Ejected, Killed in Early Morning I-295 Crash
A Camden man died Saturday morning after losing control of his vehicle on Interstate 295 in Logan Township, authorities said.
Rasah Harris, 45, was traveling southbound near milepost 9.4 around 1:12 a.m. when his car ran off the roadway, struck a parked Kia, and continued into a wooded area, according to State Police.
His vehicle struck trees and a fence before he was ejected and suffered fatal injuries. The car then burst into flames.

Motorist Killed In 2 Vehicle Crash
A motorist died and two others were seriously injured in a two-vehicle crash Saturday night in Gloucester Township, police said.
An SUV and a car collided at Berlin Cross Keys Road and Johnson Road shortly after 10 p.m. All three occupants were trapped and sustained serious injuries. Emergency responders freed them and transported them to a nearby hospital, where the SUV driver later died.
