Sayreville police say that Seay left Lady at her home on December 31, 2018 and failed to come back until the first week of February 2019. There was not a sufficient amount of food and water left for the dog in order for it to survive during her long absence, said police.
Anyone with information is asked to call Detective Sergeant Daniel Ellmeyer of the Sayreville Police Department at (732) 727-4444, or Detective Jason Mendelson of the Middlesex
