Boduch was arrested while he was walking back to his car that was parked at ShopRite on Nathaniel Place, Mayor Michael Wildes previously said. He was believed to be armed with a knife, Wildes said. Wildes said the ShopRite was locked down for about an hour earlier in the day when the car was discovered.
Wildes said Saturday the situation was, "a tragedy of biblical proportions."
Boduch is scheduled to appear in Central Judicial Processing Court Sunday afternoon.
