NY Waterway and Big City Tourism Announce New “Freedom Liberty” Ferry-Tour Combination Ticket

Combined Ticket Includes Discounted Round-Trip Ferry from New Jersey to Tour Embarkment Location on Manhattan's West Side

NY Waterway, which operates the largest ferry fleet between New Jersey and New York, and Big City Tourism have launched a new combination ticket that includes 50% reduced-price, round-trip ferry service from New Jersey to Midtown W39th St (Pier 79) and Big City Tourism’s 60-Minute Freedom Liberty Tour from next door at Pier 78.

Ferry-Tour Combo Tickets are available for travel between Port Imperial (Weehawken), Lincoln Harbor (Weehawken) or Hoboken 14th St and the Midtown W39th St (Pier 79) Ferry Terminal (next door to the Pier 78 Tour Departures).

Ferry-Tour Combo Tickets can be purchased at nywaterway.com/tours. Prices are $53.99 for an Adult Combo Ticket and $49.99 for a Senior/Child/Military Combo Ticket. Tour Only tickets are also available ($43.99 Adults / $39.99 Senior/Child/Military).

The Freedom Liberty river tour features a 60-minute cruise on the Hudson and East Rivers and New York Bay with a backdrop of the breathtaking Manhattan skyline. Must-see sites on the tour include the Freedom Tower, Empire State Building, Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Governor’s Island and Brooklyn Bridge.

Freedom Liberty tours depart Midtown Pier 78 in Manhattan seven days a Week at 11:15am, 12:30pm, 1:45pm, 3pm and 5pm on the Franklin D. Roosevelt, a quiet, eco-friendly, 109-foot-long NY Waterway catamaran with a capacity of 500 people. The top deck seating has unobstructed views, and the comfortable cabin deck has large windows that open. The boat is operated with a NY Waterway captain and crew.
