Freehold Borough Council Sets 2014 Meeting Dates

At its recent reorganization meeting the Freehold Borough Council set its regular meeting schedule for the upcoming year.
As with prior years the council will hold two meetings every month with a few exceptions for summer and holidays. The next regular meeting is set for January 21 followed by the first meeting of February returning to Monday the third. The second meeting of the month will be held on Tuesday February 18.
When the calendar turns to March the council will meet on Monday the 3rd and Monday March 17. They will then meet on April 7 and April 21 followed by May 5 and May 19. There are two meetings scheduled for June. The first will be on June 2 followed by June 16 after which the council will start its summer schedule.

The next scheduled meeting of the council is set for July 21 followed by August 4. They will then meet again on Tuesday September 2 and Monday September 15 as they return to their regular schedule. Prior to Election Day the council will convene on October 6 and November 3.
When the final votes have been counted the council will meet again on November 17 and December 1 before concluding regular business for the year on December 15.
