Galloway Motorcyclist Killed In Crash: Police

EGG HARBOR CITY, NJ — A motorcyclist from Galloway was killed in a crash at the intersection of Route 30 and Cincinnati Avenue Friday evening, Egg Harbor City police said.

Louis Hilton Jr., 57, was heading east on Route 30 at about 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 7, police said.

He was struck by a passenger vehicle that was turning left onto Cincinnati Avenue, police said. The driver of said vehicle remained on scene.

Hilton was taken to the hospital where he was pronounced dead at about 7:30 p.m., police said.

Circumstances surrounding the crash remain under investigation, police said. Authorities did not say if charges had been filed against the other driver.
