Court records show that Snow was convicted previously on possessing child sexual abuse image charges.

During that search, parole agents seized Snow's cellphone. Snow admitted that there would be illegal photos of minors on that phone, authorities said, and after a search warrant, the New Jersey State Parole Board found multiple images and videos of child sexual abuse.
