Galloway Police Make 5 Drug-Related Arrests

Galloway Township Police Blotter from Jan. 14 through Jan. 20

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Galloway police recently arrested five people on various drug charges from Jan. 14 through Jan. 20.

Officer Nicholas Stewart arrested Lisa A. Suarez, 52, Elwood, on Jan. 20 and charged her with hindering.

Officer Ronald Gorneau Jr. arrested Joseph G. Wells, 30, of Lincoln, DE on Jan. 19 and charged him with driving while intoxicated.

Detective Kerry Baerman arrested Kenneth W. Gray, 29, Pleasantville on Jan. 19 and charged him with theft of movable property.

Officer Gregory Gillespie arrested Valerie G. Ruggiano, 40, Shamong on Jan. 18 and charged her with aggravated assault.

Detective Bryan Casey arrested Kiongozi G. Lumumba, 56, Atlantic City on Jan. 18 and charged him with wrongful impersonation, forgery by writing and credit card theft.

Officer David LaSassa arrested Matthew L. Tozer, 32, Mays Landing on Jan. 17 and charged him with driving while intoxicated and endangering the welfare of children.

Officer Kevin Costa arrested Devon J. Williams, 18, Galloway on Jan. 16 and charged him with hindering.

Officer Dominic Fabrizio arrested Thomas I. Hepburn, 61, Mullica Township on Jan. 16 and charged him with manufacturing and distribution of heroin and cocaine, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officer Dominic Fabrizio arrested Paul E. Destefano, 27, Hammonton on Jan. 16 and charged him manufacturing and distribution of heroin and cocaine, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia on Jan. 16.

Officer Dominic Fabrizio arrested Heather A. Mattle, 41, Galloway on Jan. 16. She was charged with the manufacture and distribution of heroin and cocaine, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officer Mateusz Ryba arrested Theresa S. Fleck, 33, Galloway on Jan. 15. She was charged with driving under the influence, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officer Fenil Gandhi arrested Jordan P. Ragland, 26, Absecon on Jan. 14 and charged him with the manufacturing and distribution of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
