Man Secretly Filmed Others In Bathroom Of South Jersey Business: Cops

HAMILTON, NJ — An Egg Harbor City man was charged with 15 counts of invasion of privacy after he secretly recorded people in the bathroom of a Township of Hamilton business over the course of several months, police said.

Daniel Zhang, 23, was charged Wednesday following an investigation that began this past September, authorities said.

Police determined that Zhang "recorded numerous people in the bathroom without their consent."

The business was not identified by police.

Zhang sits in the Atlantic County Jail pending court proceedings.
