NJ Woman Dies In Rt. 40 Weekend Crash, State Police Say
A South Jersey woman died after a crash on Route 40 in Atlantic County early Saturday, state police said.
BUENA VISTA, NJ - A South Jersey woman died after a crash on Route 40 in Atlantic County early Saturday, state police said.
At around 12:54 a.m., New Jersey State Police troopers responded to a crash near milepost 36.2 in Buena Vista Township, a state police spokesperson told Patch.
An initial investigation found that a Lexus L46 traveling east on Route 40 and a Honda Civic traveling south on Route 54 collided at the intersection of the two main roads, police said.

A passenger in the Honda, Ada M. Roman, 36, of Vineland, sustained fatal injuries as a result of the crash, police said.
The driver of the Honda, Vitin Mercado, 41, of Vineland, sustained serious injuries; the driver of the other vehicle Kevin M. Wilson, 62, of New Castle, Delaware, sustained minor injuries, police said.
