• Stockton, Rutgers: Partnership will revitalize ocean research ‣ Ocean City Sentinel (ocnjsentinel.com) — A major ocean research partnership involving Stockton and Rutgers will use Stockton’s Marine Field Station, just a short drive from the university’s Galloway campus, as a key launch point for new offshore monitoring technology. A high-tech, renewably powered research buoy off Tuckerton will feed real-time data to scientists and students, expanding hands-on learning opportunities and helping New Jersey lead in sustainable coastal innovation.
