Traffic advisories this week in Absecon, Egg Harbor Township and Hamilton Township could cause delays for motorists, officials said.
ATLANTIC COUNTY, NJ — Atlantic County officials have announced traffic advisories in Absecon, Egg Harbor Township and Hamilton Township.
Delays may be experienced. Motorists should plan travel time accordingly or seek an alternate route. Police and traffic directors will be on site in these areas to assist.
Pitney Road, Absecon

Beginning Tuesday, Aug. 17 through Friday, Aug. 20, a stop and go/lane shift traffic pattern will be in effect on Pitney Road in Absecon between Coolidge Avenue and Crestview Avenue, 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., weather permitting, for work by the City of Absecon.
Steelmanville Road, Egg Harbor Township

Beginning Tuesday, Aug. 17 through Monday, Aug. 23, a stop and go/lane shift traffic pattern will be in effect on Steelmanville Road in Egg Harbor Township, between St. Andrews Drive and Osprey Court, from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekdays, weather permitting, for work by a private developer.
Wrangleboro Road, Hamilton Township
On Wednesday, Aug. 18, during the evening and overnight hours, a stop and go/lane shift traffic pattern will be in effect at two locations on Wrangleboro Road in Hamilton Township (1) between the Atlantic City Expressway overpass and Pearce Road, and (2) between Lombard Street and south of Timber Glen Drive, 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following morning, weather permitting, for work by the South Jersey Gas. Co.
