Winning Mega Millions Ticket Sold in Absecon

Better check those tickets—you didn't win the $640 million, but you could still share in the Mega Millions jackpot.

An Absecon store is one of two in Atlantic County that sold winning $10,000 tickets in the recent Mega Millions mania.

Starn's Village, located at 616 White Horse Pike, Absecon, sold the ticket for the March 30 drawing, New Jersey lottery officials said.

The other winning $10,000 ticket was sold at Margate Card & Gift Studio, 8017 Ventnor Ave., Margate City.

New Jersey hit a lottery frenzy last week when the Mega Millions jackpot shot up to $640 million, the largest in U.S. lottery history. Winning tickets for the top prize were sold in Maryland, Illinois and Kansas.

None of the winners have come forward yet—unless you believe . Marlinde Wilson claims she has the winning ticket, but has yet to produce it. Even if she did win, Wilson could be in for a fight. Her McDonald's coworkers claim Wilson is part of a larger group who bought Mega Millions tickets together.
