Woman Facing Charges After Striking Galloway Ambulance
Three people injured in crash on Chris Gaupp Drive

GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP, NJ - Police have charged a Turnersville woman with careless driving after she collided with a Galloway Township ambulance on Friday afternoon, Officer Ronald Gorneau said.
Three people suffered minor injuries in the 1:38 p.m. two-car crash, which happened at 436 Chris Gaupp Drive.
Sandra L. Cona, 76, was also charged with failure to yield, he said.

Cona had just pulled out of the parking lot at Chris Gaupp Drive when her 2006 Saturn Ion and the 2012 Ford F250 ambulance collided, Gorneau said.
Cona, and Raymond J. Adams, 46, Pleasantville, the ambulance driver, were both taken to Atlanticare Regional Mainland Division with non-life threatening injuries. Stacey M. Rodenas, 31, Galloway, a front-seat passenger in the ambulance, was taken to the city division of the medical center.

Chris Gaupp Drive was closed between Garfield Drive and Route 30 for approximately 1 hour.
