Cub Scout Pack 17 Peace Light Ceremony

Cub Scout Pack 17 will receive the Peace Light on Friday, Dec. 16 at 8 p.m. at Corpus Christi Early Learning Center and invites the commuity to share this experience. 

The Peace light originates in Bethlehem and has been shared across Europe by the Scouts through churches and other organizations for the past 25 years. This is the 10th year that the Peace Light has traveled to the United States and the Cub Socuts are lucky to be a point of sharing this year. More information on the peace light can be found here.

The Cub Scouts will bring a Peace Light to Corpus Christi Church at the end of the ceremony which will stay lit through Christmas. Anyone that is not able to make the ceremony can visit the church before Christmas.
