The community is invited to attend a free screening of the film "Smoke Signals" on Monday, April 23 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the middle school/high school media center. The event is part of the Heights Big Read, a town-wide effort where all in the community are welcome to join in the reading of the book “Absolutely True Diary of a Part-time Indian” by Sherman Alexie. The author wrote the screenplay for "Smoke Signals."
