New School Principals, Car Theft, Graduation Topped Local News This Week

According to the police captain, two teens were found in possession of items that had been reported stolen from unlocked vehicles in the area.

The district’s two elementary schools will now be led by district teacher Michael Sickels and Joseph Colangelo, who formerly taught in the district, come this fall.

There were tons of smiles, cheers, hugs and a few tears as the Class of 2012 made their way onto the stage one last time proudly wearing orange and black as they marked their graduation from  Hasbrouck Heights High School.

Public library has announced its summer reading program complete with book discussions, storytelling, games, activities, guest authors, and more. The school district encourages parents to take part in the many programs offered.

Connors, Seidel Finish in Top Seven in the State
