The Zoning Board is expected to review a site plan this Thursday from an outdoor media company looking for approval to construct a billboard on the northbound side of Route 17.
A hearing on the site plan and application for a conditional use variance began last month but never got underway. Testimony from the applicant was not heard as the board and its engineer recommended the application be waived to a later date as the site plan application was found to be incomplete.
