Coming up on Patch this week The Zoning Board is expected to review a site plan this Thursday from an outdoor media company looking for approval to construct a billboard on the northbound side of Route 17. A hearing on the site plan and application for a conditional use variance began last month but never got underway.   Testimony from the applicant was not heard as the board and its engineer recommended the application be waived to a later date as the site plan application was found to be incomplete. The hearing is expected to continue Thursday at 7:30 p.m. in the council chambers. Also coming up this week: The borough's public library is gearing up for its annual summer bash on Aug. 3. Patch will bring readers all the details on this fairy-tale themed family event later this week. Look for a feature on the library's ongoing summer reading program this Wednesday and Patch will also have news on a medical technical program which high school teacher Dan Pignatiello presented this summer.
