City Council To Amend Corporation Counsel Contract
Among the items on the agenda for Wednesday's council meeting.

The city council will be voting to amend the terms of the contract of the city's corporation counsel Mark Tabakin. The administration is asking the city council to amend the "not to exceed" numbers in Mark Tabakin's contract, raising it back to $103,500, which was the original amount at which Tabakin was hired.

It's expected that the resolution will pass, with the mayor's allies on the council—the five members who make up the majority—voting in favor of the change.
