City Wants to Rent Out Former Crepe Grill for Special Events
The place has been empty for quite some time.

The former Crepe Grill—the restaurant at Frank Sinatra Park—has been empty for a while.
Now, the city is proposing to rent out the location for special events and implement a set of rental fees for Hobokenites who want to use the space.
The former tenants, the owners of the crepe grill, attended a few council meetings late last year, because they said the closure of the soccer field at Sinatra Park and the long construction of Pier C Park caused their business to fail.

Director of Health and Human Services Leo Pellegrini proposed the idea to rent out the space to the city council on Wednesday night, but had to come back to the city's governing body after doing some more research.
The matter will be discussed again during the first meeting in September.
