Councilwoman Mason Wants Names of Those Who Received Information
In the wake of former IT Director Patrick Ricciardi's arrest, Councilwoman Beth Mason has issued a statement.

In a statement issued on Wednesday afternoon, Councilwoman Beth Mason asked for the release of the names of individuals who received leaked information from former IT Director Patrick Ricciardi,
"The names of these individuals should be released immediately. The people of Hoboken have a right to know how their trust was violated," Mason said in a statement.
The complaint against Ricciardi states that he sent information that was supposed to be for Mayor Dawn Zimmer to at least two email addresses, one former and one current municipal employee.

A third individual is also mentioned in the complaint, who received an email from Ricciardi and showed it to Zimmer.
"Open public records laws allow for individuals to obtain information in a legal manner and any dishonest tactics used to circumvent this process is inexcusable," Mason said. "This is a sad day for the people of Hoboken."
