Green Matter Spills Onto Hoboken Streets

Everybody wants to see Hoboken turn green. But fluorescent green?

On Friday night the area of Ninth and Grand Street was cordoned off after a bright green fluid spilled into the street. Hazmat trucks were at the scene on Friday night and were not letting any people close to the matter.

It's unclear at this time what the chemical is.
