Group of Kids Breaks Woman's Car Window After Throwing Ice

The this weekend caught many off guard. Among them, a woman who was driving her car on Sunday night around 8 p.m. in uptown Hoboken.

According to police reports, a group of at least seven minors threw frozen ice at the woman's car as she was waiting for the light to turn at 11th and Garden Streets. 

According to the police reports, the 33-year-old woman saw about 16 kids across the street and they looked like they were about to throw ice. According to the police report, the woman rolled down her window and yelled "don't even think about it!"

Then the group started throwing ice and snowballs, causing the windshield of her silver 2004 Ford to break, police said. The woman called the police.

Police apprehended seven minors—all Hobokenites between the ages of 13 and 17. Nobody was arrested.
