HOBOKEN, NJ — As they do each year, the office of Hoboken dentist Dr. Sharon Stern, Gentle Dental Care, will buy back kids' extra Halloween candy this year, and send it to members of the military.

They announced, "It's time for our Annual Halloween Buy Back! In the interest of saving our children's teeth — and our own! — from the evils of excessive sugar, Gentle Dental Care is buying back leftover Halloween candy for $1/lb.

"Just bring your uneaten, wrapped, unopened candy to our office during business hours Nov. 2 through Nov. 16. And most importantly...have fun and stay safe."
