Hoboken police arrested a 37-year-old Hoboken man for punching someone else in the face and breaking a window of a police car, according to police reports.
Eduardo Malave was arrested on Wednesday around 10:30 a.m. at Adams and Newark Streets, according to police, after he allegedly struck a 63-year-old man in the face with a closed fist.
Police officers witnessed the incident, according to the report and arrested Malave. When placed in a police radio car, Malave became enraged, police said, and he kicked in the rear passenger-side window of the police car.
