Hoboken Resident Robbed with Gun
According to the police, the incident occured early Saturday morning.

A 29-year-old Hoboken resident was the victim of an armed robbery on early Saturday morning, according to police reports.
The man was assaulted around 3:45 a.m. on River Street in the area of Third, police said. He told police he was walking South on Sinatra Drive after parking his car on Sixth Street, when a group of five or six men assaulted him, according to reports.
One of them, police said, had a black semi-automatic gun on him.

The group told the victim that "we're not kidding," according to the police report. The man with the gun then hit the victim in the head with the gun, causing him to fall to the ground, according to the report.
A billfold and a cellphone were taken from the victim's pocket, and the men stole $40, according to police reports.

The group of men then walked North on Sinatra Drive, police said.
No arrests were made after police looked for the suspects in the area, according to the police report on the matter.
