Hoboken's Popular Spaghetti Block Party Dinner Almost Sold Out
It's not a marketing ploy; Hoboken's popular outdoor spaghetti dinner, catered this year by Antique Loft, is almost sold out.

HOBOKEN, NJ — Hoboken's popular Spaghetti Block Party Dinner — moved from August to September for the first time — has only a few tickets remaining, a city spokesperson said.
As of late Wednesday, 307 of 330 tickets were sold, Hoboken spokeswoman Marilyn Baer said.
At the annual event, residents eat pasta, eggplant, meatballs, salad, bread, and dessert under the stars along the lower waterfront.

This year's party features a "full Italian dinner including three types of pasta, salad, meatballs, sausage, eggplant, and rolls," said organizers. "Dessert will be provided by Rispoli Bakery. Water and soda are included with the meal."
Usually, wine is offered at an extra charge.
“The Spaghetti Dinner Block Party is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together, share a meal, and celebrate the vibrant spirit of Hoboken," said Mayor Ravi Bhalla. “I am thrilled that Antique Loft will be catering this year, adding a special touch to our annual community block party. I encourage everyone to buy a ticket and join us at this time-honored tradition.”
Seating is limited, and tickets must be purchased in advance through RecDesk by Sept. 5 or when they sell out. Attendance is not limited to Hoboken residents.
