Litigation Regarding Municipal Garage Comes to a Close
After roughly a year, the city agreed to a settlement.

The city of Hoboken has negotiated a settlement agreement with SHG Urban Renewal Associates LLC, officially ending a law suit about last year's sale of the .
The settlement agreement has not yet been made public.
The city council unanimously approved the settlement, after a brief executive session on Wednesday night.

"I tend to agree with the settlement," Third Ward Councilman Michael Russo said. This, he added about the lawsuit, "gets it off our table."
The city's Corporation Counsel Mark Tabakin called the agreement "amicable," but wouldn't divulge any details.
