Office Depot To Come To Hoboken

The new tenant of the old Barnes and Noble site on downtown Washington Street is Office Depot, according to one source with knowledge of the matter.

Among other companies, TJMaxx had expressed interest also, according to the source.

The contractors for the site now have to get permits from City Hall to start renovations. The lease was signed before the weekend.

"It's a done deal," the source said.
