Wounded Person Taken To Hospital By Hoboken Police
Police in Hoboken headed to the west side of the city on Friday to attend to a "person found wounded," they said.
HOBOKEN, NJ — After numerous police cars converged on the west side of Hoboken Friday, prompting rumors and questions from the public, the police provided some details.
"HPD responded to the area of Monroe and Seventh around 4 p.m. on reports of a person found wounded in the area," a police spokesperson clarified for Patch on Friday evening. "The individual was taken to a local hospital with a leg injury, received in an incident that preliminary information suggests happened outside of Hoboken."
The investigation is ongoing, the spokesperson said.
