
Police Radio reports around 12:15 a.m. on Tuesday announced a fire at Third and Jackson Streets.
Although not much was known at the time, according to the scanner, multiple families were being evacuated from the building. According to the scanner, a mattress fire broke out on the seventh floor of a building there.
A report from the scanner around 12:30 a.m. announced that "Companies reporting they have water on the fire and its darking down." According to the same report, primary searches were in progress. The fire was under control around 12:40, according to the reports.
