Pregnant Teen Punched in Stomach in Altercation

A 15-year-old man was punched in the face and a 16-year-old woman—who is 33 weeks pregnant—was punched in the stomach, early Saturday morning, according to a police report.

The incident occured around 4 a.m. according to the report. The male victim told police that he and his cousin had a verbal altercation in his aunt's apartment in 400 Marshall Drive, police said.

The 15-year-old man had an abrasion on the left side of his jaw, police said. The actor, also a minor, when trying to punch the man accidentally hit the woman in the stomach, police said.

The woman was transported to the Hoboken University Medical Center, and the baby seemed to be alright, police said.
