Three Red Bulls players could be found in the kitchen of The Taco Truck on Monday night, as they helped prepare the restaurant's newest addition to the menu: Los Toros Rojos.
The Taco Truck, which is the official taco vendor for the club and parks its truck in front of the stadium at every home game, introduced the new taco on Monday night. Three players hung out at the store, took photos with fans and—last, but not least—ate tacos.
"I'm a loyal taco truck patron," said Red Bulls player Austin da Luz, 23, who lives in Hoboken. Although he was about to sink his teeth in the newest taco—named after the club and the point of Monday night's get together—he said the fish tacos are usually his favorite.

As far as the partnership is concerned, The Taco Truck owner Jason Scott said it helps his business gain name recognition. The Red Bulls reached out to him to establish the partnership, he said. The Taco Truck will be the offiical taco of the Red Bulls until the end of the season, but Scott added, he'd like to keep the partnership going.
"Tacos plus soccer," Scott said, "is a great day."
