Six of Nine Challenged Candidates Put Back on HCDO Line
A judge in Jersey City ruled.

A Jersey City Superior Judge placed six out of , who were removed from the Democratic Committee ballot, back on that ballot, according to a press release from the Real Democrats for Hoboken.
Nine people on the ballot were challenged by current party Chairman Ravi Bhalla. The mayor's group, Democrats for Honest Government, initially challenged 20 of their opponents. Of those 20, nine were removed from the list by City Clerk Jimmy Farina.
Of those nine, six names have been put back on the ballot after the judge's ruling, according to Democratic Committeewoman Ines Garcia Keim.

The official Democratic Party committee consists of one man and one woman from each district from Hoboken's six wards, totalling 72 members. Mayor Dawn Zimmer is being challenged by a the slate Real Democrats for Hoboken, which has won the endorsement of the Hudson County Democratic Organization.
The mayor's slate is being headed by Councilman-at-Large Bhalla, who is against Assemblyman Ruben Ramos Jr.
