Winter Warning in Effect in Hoboken; Governor Calls State of Emergency
An unexpected snow storm gives Halloween weekend a real scare.

Snow was expected to keep falling until 3 a.m. on Sunday, totaling a potential three to seven inches, according to the National Weather Service, in this season's first—and fairly unexpected—snow. A winter storm warning also remained in effect.
Around 7:30 on Saturday night, Gov. Chris Christie declared a state of emergency, because of severe weather conditions. "Please stay off the roads," the governor wrote on Twitter.
Due to delays, NJ Transit was cross honoring all tickets on Saturday night.
