
Three men were assualted in three different aggravated assaults early on Saturday, according to police reports.
A little after 12:30 a.m. a 36-year-old Hoboken man was assaulted in front of 30 River St. by a group of unknown men, according to police reports. By the time the police got to the scene, the victim was being helped by ambulance personnel, according to the police report.
When police officers caught up with the victim at the hospital, he was not cooperative and appeared to be intoxicated, police said. The man had a lump on the back of his head as a result of the attack, police said. A CAT scan could not immediately be completed, according to the report, because the victim's alcohol blood level was 0.35.

Around 1 a.m., a 21-year-old man was punched in the face at Third and Monroe Streets, according to police reports. The 21-year-old Fort Lee resident was bleeding from a two inch laceration on the back right side of his head, according to the police report.
According to police, the incident originiated inside 301 Monroe St. in a rented out hall as a verbal altercation. The fight was then, quite literally taken outside.
After being punched, the victim fell to the ground and lost consciousness for 45 seconds, according to the police report. Nobody was arrested.
